Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UP Board) has released the program of Internal Evaluation i.e. Improvement and Compartment Practical Exams 2020 i.e. High School and Intermediate Improvement and Compartment. Internal evaluation of high school and intermediate candidates will be held on 29 and 30 September. These examinations will be conducted by the principals of the respective schools.
This information has been given by UP Board Secretary Divya Kant Shukla. He informed that instructions have been given that examiners will be appointed in each district by the regional offices. During this period, due to Covid-19, it will be mandatory to follow social distancing. After this, the subject-wise list of evaluation will have to be made available to the regional offices by 5 October.
Examination To Be Held On October 3rd
Before this, the UP board released the program for high school and intermediate compartment and improvement examination of the year 2020. According to the program, the High School and Intermediate Compartment and Improvement Examination will be held on October 3. The High school examination will be held in the first shift from 8 am to 11:15 am. At the same time, the intermediate compartment examination will be held in the second shift on October 3 from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
Examination Centers Will Be Sanitized
UP Board secretary Divya Kant Shukla has given this information. According to the board, these examinations will be held at the district headquarters at the examination centers decided by the DIOS. During this time the guidelines of Covid-19 and the rules of social distancing will be followed. The board directs that the examination centers be sanitized a day before.
Wearing A Mask Is Mandatory
At the same time, it will be mandatory for the candidates to wear masks at the examination centers. The board has strict instructions that DIOS will provide masks to those candidates who do not have masks. Apart from this, teachers and other staff posted at the examination centers will also inevitably wear masks.
Candidates With Corona Symptoms Will Sit Separately
The candidates with symptoms of Covid-19 will be seated in a separate room. Examiners will not carry any type of electronic device including mobile in the examination hall. CCTV cameras will remain operational in compartment and improvement examination rooms.
