Rhea Chakraborty Drugs Case: The NCB team investigating the drug angle is in full action in the case of the death of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In this case, NCB is continuously raiding many people including Riya Chakraborty, Brother Showik Chakraborty, and Samuel Miranda. Taking action under this, NCB has also detained four more drug peddlers from Mumbai.
Earlier, Himachal Pradesh drug paddler Rahil Vishram was caught with a 1 kg charas. NCB has also seized Rs 4.5 lakh cash from him. The zonal director of Narcotics Control Bureau told that Rahil has direct contact with other paddlers related to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
At the same time, continuous questions are being raised over the death of Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian. It is being said that before death, Disha called at 100 number. On which the statement came from the Mumbai Police. On behalf of a police officer, it has been said that the last call from Disha Salian’s phone was made to her friend Ankita. Her last claim of dialing 100 numbers is wrong. Disha Salian was found dead in Mumbai on 8 June.
Many Arrested In Drug Case
Earlier in the Sushant’s case, two more drug-related people were arrested by the NCB. One of them is Showik’s friend Jaideep Malhotra, who has been handed over to NCB custody till September 18. While the NCB team raided Chris Costa and arrested him. He was brought to Mumbai and produced in court through video conferencing. He has been handed over to the NCB till 17. Together, the NCB has arrested 19 people in this case so far.
Shruti Modi Not Questioned Yet
At the same time, Shruti Modi could not be questioned due to an NCB member being corona infected. Sushant’s former manager Shruti was summoned by NCB along with talent manager Jaya Saha. The SIT was about to start questioning her when a report of a team member being corona positive came up. It was decided to conduct a corona investigation of all the other members of the team. An NCB official said that following the Corona protocol, Shruti was returned without questioning.
CBI Getting Legal Opinion On Riya’s FIR
CBI is seeking legal advice on the FIR lodged by Riya Chakraborty against two of Sushant Singh’s sisters Priyanka, Mitu, and doctor Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi at Bandra police station in Mumbai. The doctor has been accused of writing a fake prescription for Sushant to cure her nervousness.
